Shipping Details
We are currently shipping within the European Union and Switzerland. Delivery costs and IVA (Spain) are included in the price. As our business is located in Barcelona, Spain, our non-Spanish customers do not need to pay additional taxes but country specific charges may apply. Shipping to countries outside of European Union and Switzerland upon inquiry.
Your order will be delivered within 4-5 weeks after placing your order. We will do our best to deliver your curtains as quickly as possible.
Payment Options
You can select from various payment options. If you wish an invoice and to pay later, we offer you that via our partners. You can also pay in installments at our partners. You can also pay via credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), Paypal and ApplePay. We do also accept the option for you to pay directly to our bank account and we send you the product once we have received the money.
Merchant Return Policy
Our return policy and further T&C can be found on the bottom of our website. Generally and common for customized products, we do not accept returns and issue no refunds. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will find a solution.
